IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW...

As we gear up for the upcoming race weekend, we want to clarify our pre-race setup policies in the paddock to ensure a safe and fair atmosphere for everyone, both members and non-members.

Please follow these guidelines:

1. Member guests are not permitted to set up in the paddock before the official load-in time. If guests arrive at the track early and wish to set up, they must exit by 5:00 PM with their equipment and then join the load-in line outside the gate. Members cannot reserve paddock spots for non-members.

2. Members who have reserved a canopy spot or trackside garage for the event are welcome to set up on Wednesday or Thursday, prior to the official load-in.

3. Setting up on the skid pad before the official load-in begins is strictly prohibited for members.

4. Those who set up in the general paddock area may be asked to rearrange or relocate their setup to optimize space for all competitors before or during the official load-in.

Both MSR Houston and the sanctioning body for the event have the authority to request adjustments to your setup.

5. Overnight dry camping is permitted for this event, and personal generators can be used.

Please note that early drop-off for most events starts the evening before at 5 PM. Participants must line up in the right lane before 5 PM; early entry will not be allowed.

**Important Notice: Fuel and Tire Disposal Policy**

Fuel barrels/cans, tires, and used oil must only be disposed of at designated areas on-site at MSR Houston after paying the associated disposal fees in our office, which is open from 9 AM to 5 PM. The disposal costs are as follows:

- Fuel barrels/cans: $75 each

- Tires: $5 each

- Used Oil: No Charge

***Abandoned items will incur double the regular disposal rates. If we can trace abandoned fuel barrels/cans or tires back to you, we’ll charge your MotorsportReg account. If we can’t identify the owner, the cost will be passed along to the event organizer.***
